setahun sekali je update blog ni. entah apa aku nak update frequently so jarang sangatlah update post dekat blog. agak-agak ada lagi tak yang setia tunggu cerita aku? em terima kasih :')
aku seorang gegel cute yang overweight tahap akhir. dah nak masuk obese. i found out when i did my medical check up before pursuing my bachelor. masa tu doctor yang entertained aku indian. she told me my bmi was at first stage of obesity. aku sedar je aku gemuk tapi gemuk is awesome kannnn and i get to eat what i want so thats why takde kesedaran.

start tahun lepas. aku scroll instagram and i saw a post pasal "seorang wanita hilang 33kg lemak" something like that. aku cam interested nak tahu apa dia buat. aku follow ig dia. dont want to tell who is she. hihi sorry. aku cam wWoW aku pun nak jugak. aku pun keep update dgn semua posts dia dekat ig. she is a personal weight loss coach. no wonder.
she always share healthy lifestyle related posts. aku belajar banyak drpd situ before i decided to go on a diet. diet ada banyak jenis kan? paling masyhurrr yang ramai tahu: eat clean, suku suku separuh, atkin and interminate fasting.
guess what?
aku pilih eat clean!
reasons why?
because:
- i want to make it a habit. i avoid sweets, cheesy, fast foods, fried foods and more.
- nak sihat, tak nak sakit. my keturunan ada penyakit diabetes and darah tinggi. aku selalu sakit kaki and my uncle said probably because of my weight while my mom said maybe it's a tanda ill get diabetes. NO WAY! of course i dont wanna get sick.
- i want to be confident. i have faith now in my teeth and now i want to be confident with my body.
- and of course...to get back my normal bmi

aku tak terus jump into diet. no. aku biasakan diri dulu. aku try minum 3L air masak. avoid processed foods. avoid sweets. avoid nasi/ikan/ayam goreng. avoid seafoods. avoid daging merah. avoid sweet & carbonated drinks, makan ikut portion betul. avoid roti putih. belajar tengok ingredients of any packaged products anddddd many more.
i eat many times than i used to.
aku start masa Ramadhan 2018. in mid january 2019, my weight was 69.1kg!
GILE EXCITED RASA MACAM NAK CALL EVERYONE AND TELL THEM MY CURRENT WEIGHT! hahahaha
i keep hold to this theory
80% WHAT YOU EAT/DRINK, 20% EXERCISE, 100% FOCUS
lepas aku dah ada sedikit ilmu tentang eat clean and exercise yg aku perlu buat, i started 4 weeks challenge. strictly diet! masa tu cuti sem and i was at home. habis je 4 weeks challenge, i started my new semester and went back to my college.
at home, takde sape cakap aku dah nampak susut ke apa ke kan. i too didnt feel any change until......
every single people i met at my college notice my change.
"hey dah kurus aaa"
"diet ke?"
"ui kenapa muka cengkung?"
"heyyy you look susut you made it"
and i feel mashaAllah. ada perubahan ke? aku tak terasa pun. but i still failed to sleep early ugh. being an owl is easier than a sleeping beauty.
so now im looking forward to get 60kg. although 65KG is already normal but yeah. just aim for the stars. maybe if you fall and get the moon you will not be that dissapointed.
nanti nak cari masa sesuai and a good companion to do my second 4 weeks challenge. challenging yourself will make you a competitive person with positive enthusiasm because you only need to compete with yourself only. not others.
